We are currently looking for a person for the position of Logistics / Traffic Assistant in Willebroek to join Tenneco/DRiV organization.



  • You will be responsible for the organization of various logistics tasks and export formalities. Think of scheduling transport, drawing up the necessary customs and shipping documents and the daily contact with logistics suppliers, transport planners, drivers, warehouse employees and our international customer service department.
  • You take care of a clear follow-up and make sure that all orders and deliveries are shipped on time from our distribution center in Willebroek.
  • Using a proactive approach, you anticipate potential problems and escalate to supervisor(s) in a timely manner to ensure service delivery
  • In case of any questions or problems with a delivery, you are the point of contact for colleagues and for our customer service department.

  • Knowledge of logistics and customs is an asset for this position

  • Languages: Dutch (fluent) and English (advanced) – French and German (or other languages) are an asset

  • Experience working with the following applications is a plus but not a must: SAP, Streamliner (Export and Customs), Manhattan, AEB (Carrier Connect)
  • Experience in the logistics sector is an asset
  • Microsoft Office: Excel/Outlook



  • Bachelor of Business Logistics Management is an asset
  • Logistical knowledge through experience
