Position summary主要工作职责：

  • In charge of Accounts Receivables, Taxation, Treasury, T&E, Government/External statistical reporting, Inventory cycle count and corresponding compliance jobs

负责应收账款、税务、资金、员工报销、外部及政府报表、存货盘点以及岗位相关内控工作

  • Support external and internal Audit, including but not limited to financial statement audit and tax audit.

支持内外部审计工作，包含但不限于财务报表审计、税务审计

Key responsibilities:

  • AR 应收账款
    1. Responsible for accurate and timely invoicing by providing relevant sales information according to logistics, completing relevant bookkeeping work after invoicing, and checking accounts with customers regularly.

负责准确、及时的根据物流提供相关正确销售信息进行开票，开票后完成相关记账工作，定期与客户对账

    1. Track the tentative estimate of accounts receivable, track the abnormal accounts receivable that have been billed and not settled, organize the business department to analyze and coordinate the handling in timely manner.

跟踪应收账款暂估情况，跟踪非正常已开票未结算的应收账款，组织业务部门分析并及时协调处理

    1. Perform Accounts receivable, notes receivable management, timely submission of various receivables or revenue reports, complete aging analysis, sales revenue comparative analysis, AR collection forecast, timely tracking of AR collection.

应收账款、应收票据管理，按时提交相关应收及收入报表，完成账龄分析、销售收入对比分析、回款预测，及时跟踪回款

    1. Follow up shipped not billed, overdue and credit limit status, cooperate with sales department for improvement.

跟踪客户发货未回款，超期账款以及受信额度状态，配合销售部门改善

 

  • Taxation 税务
    1. Responsible for regular tax declaration without major issues, including but not only limited to VAT, Income tax, Property tax, Stamp tax, Export tax refund etc.

负责税务申报，包含但不限于增值税、所得税、房产税、印花税、出口退税

    1. Responsible for annual CIT calculation & submission via closely cooperation with external firm.

负责年度所得税汇算清缴，和外部事务所紧密合作

    1. Submit tax reports and tax package per Group Tax requirement.

填报并提交总部税务要求的各类税务报告

    1. Manage a good & win-win relationship with local tax bureau, ensure no major tax risks.

和本地税局维持良好而双赢的合作关系，规避重大税务风险

 

  • Treasury 资金
    1. Responsible for bank account setup&closure, Well manage the back accounts.

负责银行账户的开立及关户，较好的管理所有银行账户

    1. Perform bank entry accurately&timely and prepare bank reconciliation timely.

准确及时录入银行帐的相关凭证，及时完成对账

    1. Support China Treasury team to manage cash pool.

协助集团资金团队进行资金池日常管理工作

    1. Upload bank payment and follow up following payment.

完成部分网银上传工作及负责跟进相应审批

 

  • T&E报销
    1. Review and check T&E application, render T&E Payment, post T&E related entry in SAP

报销审核、付款及相关入账

    1. Provide T&E policy training to local employees, Conduct effective& efficient communication on T&E related.

提供员工报销政策的培训，开展积极有效的相关沟通

 

  • Government/External reporting 外部及政府报表
    1. 统计报表、工商年报、科技局年报、及政府相关报告的提供
    2. 其他（including SAFE report & EHS report etc）

 

  • Inventory Cycle Count存货盘点
    1. Be main contract person from finance side during Annual Inventory Cycle Count

盘点工作中担任财务部的主要负责窗口

    1. Provide inventory list to logistic for counting purpose.

提供盘点表

    1. Attend cycle counting process, Perform Sample check and completed related reports.

参加盘点，完成抽盘工作并形成报告

    1. Issue inventory cycle count report via closely collaboration with logistic

汇总并完成盘点报告，和物流部门紧密合作

    1. Liaison with external auditors to fulfill on-site spot check requirement.

协调外部审计以完成审计现场抽样要求

 

  • Support external and internal Audit 支持审计
    1. External audit and Internal audit 支持外部财务及税务审计，支持内审，提供资料，有效沟通

 

  • Others assigned by supervisor上级主管安排的其他工作
    1. Supervise waste selling废品监卖
    2. Accounting  ledger filing会计凭证的整理和存档
    3. Others

 

Ideal candidate experience:

  • Above 5 years of experience in a similar position, Manufacture industry experience is preferred.

5年以上相同或近似岗位工作经验，制造业优先

Skills and capabilities (leadership and/or functional):

  • Diligent and Accountability, Self-motivated

勤奋踏实, 有责任心，自驱力好

  • Good communication skills.

优秀的沟通技巧

  • Experience on SAP preferred.

SAP经验优先

  • At least good at written English

书写英语流利

 

Qualifications/ certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with Accounting or Finance major
