The OES Executive Director will spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive dealer business strategies to enhance market share and profitability in the aftermarket automotive sector. This role demands a strategic thinker with a robust understanding of the OES landscape and the ability to drive sustained growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

•              Lead the formulation of dealer business strategies that align with corporate objectives.

•              Drive the expansion of dealer networks and strengthen existing dealer relationships.

•              Oversee market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

•              Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product offerings meet dealer needs.

•              Develop and implement dealer performance metrics and incentive programs.

•              Manage key stakeholder relationships within the OES ecosystem.

 

Qualifications:

•              Extensive experience in the automotive aftermarket industry, with a focus on OES.

•              Proven track record of developing and executing successful dealer business strategies.

•              Exceptional leadership abilities and strategic planning skills.

•              Strong analytical skills with experience in market analysis and business forecasting.

•              Excellent communication and relationship-building competencies.

•              Ability to navigate complex business environments and drive organizational change.
