    1. 根据业务计划，实施本地化采购项目，开发引入新供应商实现降本目标

sourcing new vendors, Implement localization project to achieve cost saving target.

 

    1. 熟悉所负责采购零件的市场价格，了解市场大宗商品的价格变化，及时制定成本节省方案。

Be familiar with the market price for the related work-parts. Get acknowledged about the market trends for the key commodities. Will define the plan to reduce the cost.

 

    1. 按照生产需求，依据及时，适量的原则落实所负责物料的到货。

Based on the production demand and the JIT principles, get the related materials on time for the production.

 

    1. 配合供应商质量工程师开展供应商质量改进项目，并及时追踪品质改进项目的进度以及最终的结果

Team up with supplier quality engineer to make the supplier quality improvement plan. And follow up the project progress and results.

 

    1. 对关键物料进行重点跟踪，解决有关交付的异常，并推动供应商进行改善。

Track the actual performance for the key parts, solve the issues from the delivery and push the supplier to make the improvement.

 

    1. 整理归档相应的采购文件，并能够协助财务做好有关供应商的对账工作。

Archiving the related purchasing documents. Coordinate with the Financial department to make the financial reconciliation.

 

    1. 服从并能够认真完成采购经理临时安排的采购其他工作

Will complete the additional assignment from the purchase manager。

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 

    1. 大学本科毕业, 专业机械和自动化相关专业，具备良好的识图能力。

Mechanical bachelor degree, and major in mechanical and automation. Be familiar with the technical drawings.

 

    1. 具有3-5年的采购工作经验，或相同年限的供应商质量管理工作经验

With 3-5 year purchasing experiences, or similar working experience in supplier quality

 management.

 

    1. 具有较强的工作能力，具体体现为问题处理的分析能力，趋势的预测能力， 良好的表达和沟通能力

Be competent in analyzing the issues and making the forecast for the market trends. Be good at communication and expressions. Be accountable in the jobs

    1. 采购员必须具备优良的品德素质，主要体现在供应商选择恪守公平原则，奉行廉洁工作。

The purchaser must be with good integrity. Be complied with the fairness and honesty in supplier selection etc.

 

    1. 严格按照公司的价值观开展工作。

Be observed by the value of the company.

 

    1. 遵守工作场所的各种准则和劳动纪律。

Be abided by the regulations and the disciplines in the company working environments.

 

    1. 能够按照项目的要求，针对具体问题，对供应商开展出差工作。

According to the requirements from the project, the supplier travel can be arranged and participated

 

    1. 语言： 能够熟练应用英语

Language: Proficiency in English both in speaking and writing.
