B Tech in Mechanical engineering/ Diploma HSE,
Minimum 10 years of experience
EHS regulatory rules, Management Systems knowledge, Risk Assessment, Incident Investigation, Counseling skill, IMS & EMS, Safety Compliance & Statutory requirements, Leading safety processes and culture building. Participates in the EHS management review, Internal Audit, Focus on EHS policy, objectives and targets for the Plant. Develop the Environmental Management System. Incident Reporting, Investigation and tracking closure reports. Defining Risk Assessment & Standard Operating Procedures. Issuing safety / Hot work permit. Organize and active participation in safety, canteen, CFT committees, PSIF, Conducting Health Checkup of Employee, successful execution of Mock drills and check effectiveness and Gap analysis. Maintaining Records related with ISO-14001& 45001, Conducting Safety Week & Environment Day Program. Road Safety week, Handling Customer for EHS related Issues.
