The Manager of Organizational Development (OD) & Learning for the Americas will be responsible for the Cultivation of Tenneco Talent in the Pipeline, leading initiatives that enhance organizational performance, culture, and talent development across the region. This role requires a strategic and innovative leader who can design and implement OD and learning strategies that align with the organization's objectives and support a high-performance culture.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Leadership Development for key target groups in Americas and SMEs including but not limited to rotational programs for Operations and Engineering and strategic deployment of intern programs 
  • Collaborate with Talent Pipeline team develop and deploy college recruiting strategy, and Ready Now Roadmap for P&L Leader talent pipeline. 
  • Identify capability gaps, coach on development plants and leverage a variety of development methods.
  • Support to define success profiles of critical/key roles
  • Develop and execute organizational development strategies that drive cultural change, employee engagement, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Support the design, development, and implementation of learning programs that meet the needs of the organization and its diverse workforce.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of OD and learning programs, utilizing metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Drive the adoption of innovative learning technologies and methodologies to enhance learning experiences and outcomes.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in organizational development, talent development, or a related field, with a focus on learning and development.
  • Strong background in designing and implementing comprehensive learning and OD programs.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into effective development strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with experience in delivering training and workshops.
  • Knowledge in learning management systems (LMS) and eLearning tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in training, OD, or coaching are a plus.
