The Engineer Coordinator will be required to interface with warranty technicians, calibration technicians, and application / development engineers to ensure test requests are performed properly, according to all customer requirements, and in accordance with the overall program timeline. - Inspect and document incoming warranty returns
- Set-up test equipment and perform evaluations per internal and external specification requirements
- Perform damper teardowns and root cause failure analysis
- Collect, summarize, and communicate test data to business units, product engineering, quality, and manufacturing operations
- Assist in the maintenance and adherence of the warranty groups IATF16949 and ISO9001 certification and related procedures
- Maintain warranty return area and materials equipment and facilities
- Support and adhere to Tenneco EH&S policies and procedures

Required Experience
- Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Materials Technology
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in testing or automotive activities
