We are currently looking for a person for the position of Technical Leader (Engineering Supervisor).

What will be your daily duties?

  • managing a team of several engineers and cooperation with internal dpt’s and customers

  • planning resources in the team and controlling workload

  • monitoring the team's work and the status of their projects

  • motivating the team and supporting it in making technical decisions based on risk assessment

  • coordinating the flow of information in the team and building expert knowledge

 

running projects independently:

  • negotiating technical design solutions for the shock absorber with customer teams

  • project status reporting, in accordance with the RFQ/DV/PV gateways of the project management system

  • supervision of technical documentation

Who are we?

We are a shock absorber manufacturer operating under the Tenneco, Monroe Ride Solutions brand. We specialize in the construction of passive single- and double-tube shock absorbers, Shock & McPherson Strut suspension modules, semi-active electronic shock absorbers and Kinetic driving dynamics control systems.

 

At the R&D Center in Gliwice, we implement projects focusing on the development of components and suspension systems. We conduct our projects holistically, in accordance with the APQP methodology. We have research laboratories for materials and components, a database of test machines and prototype workshops for making any products for any type of car (passenger cars, trucks, GT and Super Sport).
