PRIMARY PURPOSE(S) OF POSITION:
Dual role on two programs within engine and sealing heavy duty and off-highway business for FP Diesel EMEA
Key Responsibilities:

Perform research of the OE and aftermarket competitors’ catalogs, interchanges, pricing, and component information to support new part additions, material specifications and upgrades to the product line

Day-to-day responsibility for monitoring NPI program, including creating, progressing and completing NPI projects in timely and high-quality way

Responsible for all facets of the product life cycle, to include: outlining product detail, sourcing, new product introductions, supersessions, consolidations, re-labels and recalls

Preparation of master NPI support material, including bulletins, or other product information and supply to field marketing teams

SAP system maintenance including sales and plant statuses, commodity codes and supersessions

Assist with the management of products throughout all stages of product life cycle, from NPI development and release, to post-release activities including stock category changes and deletions

Responsible for accuracy and completeness of application and product data in all publications

Coordinate the development of all new product programs with internal and external suppliers.

Assist with and respond to product inquiries submitted by sales personnel and customers.

Create mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers.

Direct Report to Product Manager FP Diesel EMEA
What will make you successful:
-
Technical bachelor degree or equal through experience (education or graduation in Technical (automotive) or Off-Highway engine is ideal)

Minimum 5 years of experience in either product marketing, product management, customer service, engineering, quality or data environment, preferably from an automotive or replacement parts background

Fluent in English or any other language is an added value

Working knowledge of internal combustion engines, product design and materials, sourcing, and completion of corrective action requests

Excellent computer skills with thorough knowledge of MS Office and SAP (FileMaker Pro experience would be an advantage

Experience to work in cross-functional teams
