Main Responsibility:


Purchase Parts/Products from assigned suppliers.

Plan and Manage Inventory levels.

Maintain and Develop relationships with suppliers.

Able to adapt or flexible to company requirements / assignments from Manager.       


Duty and Responsibility:

  • Create, Monitor and Follow up Purchase Orders according to demand and information is IFS (ERP-system), such as request Order Confirmations, Supplier Delivery Reminders, Claims and Replacement Orders.
  • Make sure Supplier can meet Delivery Requirements and Timing according to supplier lead time.
  • Manage Transportation Costs and focus on controlling total landed cost.
  • Maintain correctness of all Purchase Order related information in IFS.
  • Provide Forecast to Supplier, based on demand visible in IFS, outside of supplier lead time.
  • Visiting current suppliers to build and maintain good relationships with them.
  • Work with and communicate with other departments in cross functional processes.
  • Contribute annually to Supplier evaluations led by Strategic Purchasing Department.
  • Support Demand Planning’s Drop Shipments when needed.
  • Any reasonable project or request by the company as required.
  • Comply with Company policy and procedure.
