Key Job Responsibilities : |

Provide guidance and leadership to End to End Quality Overall function team |
|
2 |
Provide leadership and management in the areas of Concern management & corrective ,preventive actions for field ,customer line & supplier parts |
|
3 |
Ensure all products are in compliance with customer requirements and specifications. CSR |
|
4 |
Manage the quality documentation and files required by the co. and customers. |
|
5 |
Train and develop an Quality system within the organization ensuring quality is instilled throughout the operation. |
|
6 |
Drive P3 & Tenneco Global systems and initiatives in functions |
|
7 |
Represent the company at major customers understanding, identifying and correcting any quality concerns or misconceptions that might exist. |
|
8 |
Responsibility for all inspection and testing equipment that is required in the verification of compliance to standards. Monitor Measurement room and weld lab |
|
9 |
Process audits and Layered process audit planning and monitoring results |
|
10 |
Maintain and track all required documents required on the various products and incoming material. |
|
11 |
Should conduct management review meeting once in 3 months as per IATF |
|
12 |
Should keep a close track of internal QMS audits that are being conducted |
|
13 |
Should also visit TFS suppliers premises twice a year. |
|
14 |
Liaisoning with Certification body for External audits /certification sustenance for IATF16949 activities. |
|
15 |
Closely work with customer interactions, PPAP,and their drives for improvements |
|

Facilitate training of employees in QA function with a view to develop capabilities in QA |
|
17 |
Drive quality /CSR in new program launches during the product development & production cycle |
|
18 |
Monitoring Customer Complaint , Warranty Concerns, Rejection, Delivery, Audit Status, Customer Score Card |

internal Scrap analysis & scrap cost Reduction |
|
20 |
Review monthly KPI and coordinate management Operation reviews |
|
21 |
Work on Zero customer complaints improvement plans |
|
22 |
Monitor Customer scores and rating and provide gaps and action from related area |

Authorities: |
|
|
1 |
Authorized to stop the production whenever non-conforming products are observed at any stage of production |
|
2 |
Authorized to dispose off non-conforming products |
|
3 |
Authorized to sanction purchase requests |
|
4 |
Authorized to select departmental personnel at any level |
|
5 |
Authorized to identify & provide the adequate resource wherever required in manufacturing |
