Personally coordinate and lead his/her personal involved project team related to new product launches, Main spokesperson for the Plant regarding projects.
Develop plant project plans (with plant team assignment for actions) leading to key milestones committed by the plant team.

Manage resources for projects he/she personally manages.
Utilization and advancement of MDB as a project management tool.
Follow the EHS regulations of the company. Implement the EHS requirement to ensure all action satisfied with ISO14001、IATF16949 & ISO45001 requirements.
