Keep good relationship with customer, Ontime input customer’s order or forecast to planning team.

On time delivery to customer side according to customer’s request and control transportation cost.

Customer daily consumption follow up, share customer’s emergent request to planning team.

Billing on monthly basis for sales, support invoice to finance department.

Customer payment prompt and report, overdue payment of credit line application and handling.Share customer claim to quality department, support customer problem solving.

Follow up customer’s demand, give alert to related team for customer’s demand increasing or reduction.

Comply with EHS policy like IATF16949 & ISO45001.

System audit request and other things aligned by leaders.
