In this role, you will operate at an elevated level of supply chain leadership, responsible for shaping strategy, guiding Regional Directors, and aligning execution with business growth across multiple geographies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Regional Supply Chain Directors: You provide clarity, empowerment, and challenge. You help them balance operational excellence with strategic foresight, ensuring they evolve as leaders who can deliver results and shape the business.
  • Executive Business Partners: You engage directly with Presidents and Operations VPs, positioning supply chain as a driver of growth, resilience, and profitability. You bring solutions to the table, not just data.
  • Global & Corporate Functions: You ensure regional supply chains are aligned with global procurement, logistics, IT, and program management strategies, creating consistency, scalability, and synergy.
  • Elevating Supply Chain to the Boardroom: You will ensure supply chain is not only operationally excellent but also strategically central to business growth and financial outcomes.
  • A Stronger Generation of Leaders: The Regional Directors you mentor will become transformative executives, amplifying your impact across the company.

Minimum Requirements

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or operations; Master’s preferred (MBA ideal).

Skills

  • Lean & Continuous Improvement Expertise: Strong understanding of Lean principles and practices, with experience leading Lean transformations at scale across multiple regions. Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) and APICS certifications are highly valued.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong grasp of financial metrics and their connection to supply chain decisions.
  • Languages: Fluent English plus local regional language:
    • Americas: Spanish or Portuguese
    • APAC: Chinese
    • EMEA: German, French, Italian, or Polish (depending on region)
    • India: Hindi or other local language as applicable
  • Executive Communication: Exceptional presence and ability to engage confidently with senior executives and boards.
  • Digital & Analytics: Proficiency in BI, ERP, APS, and analytics platforms; experience scaling digital tools across large networks.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead leaders, foster collaboration across regions, and drive change at scale.
  • End-to-End Multi-Regional Leadership: Strong experience leading multi-regional supply chain operations, connecting strategy to execution, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost performance.
  • Executive Influence: Proven ability to engage and influence Regional Presidents, VPs of Operations, and other senior leaders, bringing supply chain perspectives into high-level business decisions.
  • Leadership Development: Demonstrated success in mentoring/teaching/coaching Regional Directors and senior leaders, building high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
  • Business & Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of the financial implications of supply chain decisions, including working capital, cost-to-serve, and P&L impact, ensuring operations drive business value.
  • Global Strategy Alignment: Ability to align multi-regional supply chain execution with global business goals, trade dynamics, and customer expectations, ensuring scalable and resilient operations.
  • Program Management: Experienced in supporting complex global product launches, phase-outs, and expansion initiatives with excellence in planning and execution.
