HR GENERALIST (HRBP)

We’re Hiring! an HR GENERALIST (HRBP)
Do you have initial experience in Human Resources and a solid understanding of Moroccan Labor Law? Are you detail-oriented, organized, proficient in office tools, and comfortable communicating in French and English? This position is for you!

🎯 Your Responsibilities:

• HR administration (contracts, employee files, time tracking, absences…)
• Participate in Hiring & onboarding processes
• Ensure compliance with Labor Law & internal policies in HR practices
• Contribute to internal HR projects and monitor social climate
• Develop internal communication on-site
• Coordinate with other departments
• Contribute to external partnerships

A strategic and responsible position, equivalent to a Human Resources coordination role.

✅ Profile Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, MBA or related field
• Previous HR experience required
• Good knowledge of Moroccan Labor Law (a plus)
• Strong French and English skills
• Confidentiality, team spirit, and autonomy
