- Provides leadership, guidance, and direction to the Plant CCT Engineers including training and development of team members.
- Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.
- Work with team members to set performance goals and objectives aligned with the department objectives.
- Analyzes work-force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
- Perform problem analysis & 8Ds that cannot be solved at Focuses Factory (FF) level.
- Train Team Members, Supervisors, FF support functions on Tenneco methodologies to improve productivity.
- Propose improvement of existing process standards and/or propose new standards.
- Advise, prepare, and implement productivity improvement plans.
- Drive manufacturing process standardization in the plant.
- Develop & maintain application pFMEAs.
- Support development of Manufacturing Process Standardization Specifications (MPSS), foundation pFMEAs, Global Product-Process Standards, and Manufacturing Engineering Manuals.
- Supporting the global & regional networks and active member of the Global CCT Community in his/her CCT area.
