Your tasks

  • Independent support and further development of the Wind & Railway business unit
  • Conducting market, competitor and product analyses
  • Identification and acquisition of new customers as well as development of additional market potential
  • Expansion of market presence and further development of existing applications
  • Development, coordination and implementation of market and sales strategies in close cooperation with the sales management
  • Responsibility for marketing activities in the respective application area (e.g. creation of website content, publications, data sheets, etc.)
  • Close cooperation with application technology and the research and development department
  • Support of the market including customer development, key account management and support of the regional sales teams
  • Coordination of customer projects (internal and external), if necessary as project manager for strategically important projects
  • Co-design and optimization of internal processes and structures
  • Responsibility for budget and investment planning

 

 

Your profile

  • Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or degree as a state-certified technician
  • Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the field of plain bearing systems
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
  • Independent, loyal and sovereign personality with negotiation skills, goal orientation and a high level of commitment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills as well as a high level of initiative and team orientation
  • Analytical thinking skills and strong customer orientation
  • Experience in the sale of technically sophisticated products that require explanation
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, organizational skills and a good sense of situations
