Payroll Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain HR systems, including but not limited to SAP, Success Factors, and Workforce
- Prepare and enter all payroll related changes into SAP, Kronos, and Workforce
- Submit process forms to Payroll department.
- Weekly payroll verification for hourly pay group.
- Process payroll and maintain payroll information as required by law and Company policies.
- Prepare and maintain related payroll records and reports.
- Create, review and administer various HR/payroll reports such as, compliance training reports, headcount reports, payroll reports, payroll audits, benefits reports, etc.
- Conduct onboarding and new hire orientation for employees.
- Assist with the monthly and quarterly compliance reports, develop and implement solutions.
- First point of contact for employees for time and attendance and payroll questions or concerns.
- Provide accounting support to Finance/Accounting department as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education: Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, related field or equivalent work experience
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in Human Resources; Payroll; Administrative field.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to interact with a wide variety or people.
- Attention to detail and results oriented.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high quality of work.
- Proficient in computer applications including but not limited to: System Applications Products (SAP). SuccessFactors, WorkForce Timekeeping, and Microsoft Office; Advanced Excel skills preferred.
