I. PURPOSE/SUMMARY
Performs Cycle Counts, and analysis on cycle count inaccuracies. Instrumental in correcting SAP issues in regards to receiving, production, scrap, master data and any other non-standard issues that arise, and performs the following duties.
II. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Counts parts according to the Cycle Count Database, and as needed.
Investigates and analyzes inaccuracies found.
Takes the lead in finding the appropriate method to correct the inaccuracy, and makes the correction where entitlements allow. Where entitlement does not allow, passes all information along to the appropriate person to make the correction, and follows up until completed.
Reviews Negative and Blocked reports daily, and takes the lead makes the appropriate corrections, or pass along to the appropriate person, and follows up until completed.
Responsibilities for this position is varied. You will be required to become highly skilled in resolving issues regarding receiving, production, scrap, master date, and any other non-standard issue that may arise.

IV. JOB SPECIFICATIONS
A. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
B. SKILL/CHARACTERISTICS
Proficient in Excel. Familiarity with Power Point a plus. Prior experience with SAP a plus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to read and interpret documents such as work instructions, safety rules, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
