General Summary

Knowledge and skills beyond that of an Operator through work on manufacturing equipment, machinery or information systems. Responsible for troubleshooting equipment malfunctions. Complete work that meets production and quality standards. Notify the Operations Supervisor of any occurrences that negatively impact production. This Team Member typically has acquired the general knowledge and skills of the Operator. Adhere to safety, health, and environmental guidelines.

Position Summary:

Place components into sets according to Bill of Material.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)

• Ability to build sets to meet bill of material requirements.
• Ability to operate in all assembling positions such as the cutter position.
• Assist Set-up person in changing labels on the label Aire and replacing tapes on tape machine.
• Ability to read and understand the Pick-to- light system.
• Assemble sets according to bill of material specifications.
• Ability to identify the correct part, quantity and book folders that are used for each job.
• Ability to identify and report any nonconformance issues.
• Return unused parts to return carts/area.
• Work alongside collaborative robot and reports any malfunctions immediately.

Qualifications - Required Skills:

• Basic computer literacy.
• Physical requirements to include but not limited to:
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs regularly.
