Pay Rate
The base pay for internships ranges between $22 - $32/hr. Factors, such as but not limited to, whether the role is technical or non-technical and education level may impact the pay for this position.

Job Description
The Industrial Engineer Intern will make key contributions to the Packaging VS by taking the lead on several engineering projects and assisting Industrial Engineers with a variety of projects to include but not limited to:
- 5S specific projects
- table area: need new workbench, flow, std work, floor marking, etc.
- cubicle area, create new layout, remove empty cubicles maximize the space
- Building 16 PKG material kanban, minimums and maximums
- Review all material stored in PKG1, based on consumption propose mins and max,
- re-organize as needed, add visual management (green/red levels),
- label warehouse racks accordingly
- Support Capex Engineering project (samples, testing, docs, supplier meeting etc.)
Required Skills
Skills and experience necessary for this role include but are not limited to:
- Ability to work in a fast paced/dynamic environment.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Strong analytical skills and motivation.
- Excellent verbal, writing, and presentation skills.
- AutoCAD or similar a plus.
Required Experience
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
