We are looking for a DC Quality Analyst. This role reports to the Distribution Center Manager and will have a direct focus on quality metrics, process improvement and achievement of department KPI’s.

The team is ready to act immediately on those candidates who are the best fit for the role. You’ll first hear from someone in Talent Acquisition to schedule a phone screen, and then the next step will be a personal interview with our Hiring Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Promote quality achievement and process improvement throughout the distribution center.
  • Manage and maintain quality focused standard operating procedures and reports.
  • Validate and issuance of customer claims.
  • Analyze, develop, and implement reporting tools. Root cause analysis and Pareto claims
  • Develop and implement quality improvement processes. Plan do check act
  • Maintaining operational and quality reports.
  • Fine reduction on cost of poor quality (COPQ)
  • Aligns and coordinates cross functional organizations (manufacturing, packaging, quality, and distribution)
  • Identifies & track key performance indicators
  • Reporting and presenting DC quality performance to cross functional teams.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

 

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business disciplines or equivalent work experience

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of operations experience in a manufacturing/warehouse/distribution center environment preferred.
  • Experience in warehousing and warehouse management systems.
  • Strong systems knowledge of Oracle, SAP, MOVE WMS, or SAP WM
  • Proficient in Microsoft excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of distribution technology: RF guns and Voice picking units
