ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you lead the planning and execution of large-scale company events. Manage the full process of business visitor reception. Coordinate travel-related arrangements, update and streamline administrative policies and procedures and execute recruitment activities. Coordinate the annual company-wide training needs survey. Oversee the attendance management system and implement the full employee welfare process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the planning and execution of large-scale company events, while also managing the daily operation and maintenance of the smart canteen system and access control authorization.
- Manage the full process of business visitor reception, including preparation of reception materials and dynamic adjustment of shuttle bus schedules, to ensure a smooth visitor experience and smooth employee commuting.
- Coordinate travel-related arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings, as well as monthly reconciliation and settlement.
- Update and streamline administrative policies and procedures, manage the annual administrative expense budget, and handle government-related online processes such as business registration changes and corporate credit information filings.
- Execute recruitment activities, including requirement communication, job posting, and resume collection, while also managing employee files and the full lifecycle of labor contracts.
- Coordinate the annual company-wide training needs survey, training plan development, and implementation.
- Manage the full process of social insurance and commercial insurance administration, including submission of work injury recognition documents, monthly social insurance headcount updates, commercial insurance information maintenance, and processing of employee retirement and flexible employment insurance procedures.
- Oversee the attendance management system, including attendance rule administration, leave notice communication, tracking and analysis of long-term sick leave cases, and optimization of the internal attendance system.
- Implement the full employee welfare process, including welfare item selection and procurement, PR approval, distribution follow-up, and coordination of the annual employee medical check-up.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with 1–2 years of experience in administration or HR-related roles in a manufacturing company.
- Familiar with the basic operation processes of business administration government systems, EHR systems, and social insurance / housing fund systems.
- Strong sense of responsibility, with good communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.
- CET-4 or above, with practical listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills for workplace scenarios.
