Key Responsibilities
• Kick off project after project screened projects according to NTI procedure.
• Plan project progress with multi-functional team.
• Manage individual new product development independently, organize gate review according to NTI procedure.
• Coordinate resource for project demand to meet project milestones and budget plan.
• Organize communication between different functions or regions and help build up effective communication.
• Manage stakeholders’ expectation.
• Monitor project quality, scope and risks during project execution, escalate when needed.
• Follow up critical issues from different functions to make sure less impact on project progress.
• Report project status to management team.
• Support to maintain and optimize product development tools and procedure including process training
Your Skills & Expertise
• Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Automotive Engineering related.
• More than 5 years’ project management related experience.
• Familiar with IATF16949, 5 tools for IATF.
• Good team player, meeting organizer, good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good English both in verbal and written.
• Self-motivated and can work under pressure.
• PMP certified is a plus
• Knowledge or experience of PD process development is a plus

Clean Air Kunshan facility was founded in 2014 as Tenneco’s wholly-owned research, development and manufacturing facility for global Clean Air business in Commercial Truck and Off-Highway. This is a testimony of Tenneco’s commitment to China’s fast-growing commercial truck and off-highway markets."
