Engineering Manager

Job title: Engineering Manager Job function and sub function: Program Engineering Position summary: The responsibility of engineering manager in after treatment system department is building mutual trust customer relationship, partnership with internal cross function, well define and manage RASIC of team member to service customer effectively. Imrpove customer satisfaction by providing competitive product and better engineering service; define the proper goal for team and encourage team member to achieve the promising goal. Reports to (role): Engineering Manager/Director Location: Kunshan Key responsibilities: ✓ Prepare and present technical data for customer communications, ensure program conformance to TA and Customer Design Standards ✓ High level 1st hand information collection from customer side for internal team to have better strategic decisionmake ✓ Maintain customer partnership to satisfy customer by providing better engineering service and competitive product ✓ Participate product roadmap / portfolio and lead platform product iteration and product benchmark ✓ Lead POC / new technology (CN VII) program to improve product competitiveness ✓ Lead VAVE activities to improve product competitiveness ✓ Support commercial team to promote new product and next generation product ✓ Lead Layered project audit to make sure on-time conduct and NC closure ✓ Partnership building and maintenance with cross function team for better cooperation ✓ Identify resource gap and in-time escalation and find perform solution to solve the gap ✓ People development and management (incl.
