  1. Maintain the regular customer activities to achieve revenue, profit, IRR etc. financial target and to keep financial data a consistent growth
  2. Define the regional business strategy with hunting new acquisition target program and revenue
  3. Understand the demand of customer and promptly deliver the information to related functions to get support and satisfy the customers meanwhile to benefit the company
  4. Actively share information with customer comments, both positive and negative
  5. Responsible for planning and organizing customer events
  6. Leading business screening and Quoting stage before program kick off and coordinate with program team to guarantee the products will meet customer delivery need in development phase
  7. Manage the Receivable Account (AR) and avoid the risk of any postponed payment to avoid any billed/ unbilled overdue
  8. Control the inventory goods as company request and lead the necessary claim activity when related slow moving inventory happens
  9. Manage the Sales Force database and ensure all information in the system is up to date
  10. Participate in periodical account review and audit with financial team to ensure that all relevant information is aligned and under tracking
  11. Assist in preparing periodic reports for record of sales activities and market analysis.
  12. Respect and ensure no conflict with the compliance, policy of company in daily job

Profile of Competency:

  • Minimum 5 years work experience in the sales from a global company
  • Have basic knowledge of China local market and business for automotive
  • Be proactive in identifying business opportunities
  • Ability to comply reports as required using appropriate computer software.
  • Good interpersonal skills and listening skills.
  • Ability to analyze different business situations and come up with suggestions for handling the issues.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various departments.


Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandorin, fluent communication with global team

Education: Bachelor and above
