  • Collect and maintain all employees’ profiles and certificates and ensure all the personal information is updated timely and kept well according to company requirements.
  • Recruit, interview and participate in the selection process for filling vacancies as assigned.
  • Checks references and handles employment verifications for assigned positions.
  • Conduct the on-board process for new employees and provide orientation training and coordinate for the departmental orientations.
  • Facilitates team meetings on human issues such as discipline, turnover, absenteeism etc.
  • Support the HRM on the execution of developing and conducting various training for the operation, administering career development and performance management process for the plant.
  • Administers the payroll system and calculates the payroll for all employees to ensure the payroll standard and data is maintained according to Tenneco requirements and all the social benefit requirements from local country / city.
  • Support HR Manager for Employee Communication program to include development of Employee Handbooks, training manuals and Workvivo.
  • Support all EHS activities in Sejong plant including EHS activities organization, PPE management, EHS trainings and activities.
  • Responsible for Admin related tasks, like canteen service, rental service, security guard and cleaners’ management and arrangement for visitors.
