We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Rybnik!
This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, requiring a proactive and independet approach to sales management.
What you will do:
• Build and maintain strong business relationships to achieve and enhance customer satisfaction
• ImplementTenneco's internal customer strategy
• Support the key account manager in the observation and analysis of the market and the competition
• Support the key account manager in creating short, medium and long-term customer strategies as well as customer-specific sales and earnings planning (AOP, battle plan)
• Participate in projects, control of sales and profitability development of the products, definition and implementation together with the key account manager and project manager
• Collaboration in the acquisition of new business orders to meet sales and revenue targets
• Collaborate with internal teams on customer specifications, pricing and business case approvals
• Negotiate pricing for technical changes and manage price changes adjustments with customers
• Oversee economic requirements, contractual obligations and pricing history throughout projecst
• Handle customer support including price negotiations, arrears processing and SAP data management
What makes you successful:

Bachelor's dgreee in business or technical field desired

3-5 years of relevant professional experience in the automotive supplier industry

Strong sales personality with assertiveness and confidence

In-depth market knowledge with expertise in sales and marketing

Knowledge of contract law

Good technical understanding of product and manufacturing processes

Strong analytical, coordination and negotiating skills

High degree of independence and personal responsibility

Business fluent Englishskills (spoken and written) and PC applications

SAP knowledge (sales applications)
