Your Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of Tenneco's internal customer strategy.
- Assist the Sales Manager in analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
- Contribute to the development of short, medium, and long-term customer strategies.
- Monitor sales and product profitability; initiate corrective actions when deviations occur.
- Participate in project work and support the acquisition of new business to achieve sales targets.
- Assist with quote preparation and pricing activities, including for technical changes.
- Maintain pricing documentation and support price negotiations.
- Support customer relationship management across all relevant areas.
- Manage order backlogs, perform price checks, maintain customer databases and ensure data accuracy in SAP.
Your Profile
- Completed studies in business or engineering; a technical background is advantageous.
- Minimum 2 years professional experience in sales, ideally within the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical, planning, and coordination skills.
- Confident and communicative personality with customer-facing experience.
- Flexibility, and resilience under pressure.
- High level of autonomy, initiative in solving issues, and asking around and personal responsibility.
- Preferably previous experience in SAP and very good Excel skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
