We are looking for talented professionals to join our team in Rybnik as a Quality Manager.
What you will do:

Responsible for implementing and maintaining systems to prevent defects and errors in processes and products to ensure compliance with IATF requirements.

Responsible for the Quality Management System, its functioning, development, and compliance with requirements.

Preparing input data for the management review of the QMS and documenting the review.

Introducing requirements consistent with the adopted quality system to all organizational units of the plant.

Utilizing appropriate statistical methods and techniques to control and improve processes.
-
Ensuring supervision and capability of processes (production and business).
-
Ensuring the effectiveness of the complaint process and cost recovery from suppliers, supplier development, and escalation (CSL).

Supervising the metrology laboratory.

Having the capability to plan, organize, maintain, and improve the quality system in relation to all units covered by the quality system.

Taking, monitoring, and reporting appropriate corrective and preventive actions without undue delay and verifying the effectiveness of the actions taken.

Advanced planning of quality for new projects, PPAP, and Safe-Launch.

Ensuring awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.

Representing the company in quality matters during external contacts with customers, suppliers, etc.

Preparing internal audit plans, participating in these audits, and supervising the removal of detected nonconformities, then notifying the certification body about the removal of nonconformities.

Supervising and organizing work within the subordinate team.

Granting approval for deviations for materials and components reported by suppliers, and for internal deviations after consulting with departments authorized to provide opinions.

Organizing and conducting training on quality and tools used in maintaining systems, quality tools (APQP, 8D, 6 Sigma).

Acting as the Product Safety and Compliance Representative (PSCR).
What will make you successful:

Higher technical education.
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial positions.
-
Knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements and specific customer requirements such as BMW, VW, Stellantis, JLR, Volvo.

Ability to manage teams and communicate with different management levels.
-
Practical knowledge of quality tools and the ability to transfer knowledge about them.
-
Knowledge of applications: SAP, Minitab.
-
Very good command of English.
