We are looking for an experienced Senior Purchasing Specialist to join a dynamic, high-volume purchasing environment (~300 orders/week), an ambitious individual looking to grow toward a future procurement leadership role.
This role is ideal for a seasoned procurement professional with strong operational and strategic sourcing expertise who is looking to broaden their scope, take ownership of complex procurement initiatives, and gain further exposure to cross-functional coordination and international stakeholder management.
The position offers the opportunity to work closely with local business functions and global purchasing teams while driving procurement excellence, supplier performance, and cost optimization initiatives.
Fluency in both Polish and English is mandatory.
Work Model: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end indirect procurement activities across multiple spend categories.
- Lead sourcing projects, including:
- Supplier sourcing and market analysis
- RFQs/RFPs and competitive bidding processes
- Commercial evaluation of supplier offers
- Contract negotiations and supplier selection
- Contract administration and purchase order placement
- Act as a key procurement partner to internal stakeholders across departments such as Production, HR, Technical, and Operations.
- Support and coordinate purchasing activities within the local procurement team, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Identify and implement cost reduction and value-creation initiatives across indirect spend categories.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while monitoring supplier performance.
- Collaborate closely with global procurement teams to align local purchasing activities with regional and global sourcing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Contribute to procurement process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in indirect procurement, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong hands-on experience across the full procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, supplier management, negotiations, and contract management.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex procurement projects and stakeholder relationships.
- Interest in developing broader procurement leadership and coordination skills over time.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Fluency in Polish (native level) and English (mandatory).
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Proactive, business-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and cost optimization.
