Join us in Poland (Rybnik) as an HR Generalist with a focus on data analytics. The role requires advanced Excel, good Power BI skills, and ideally familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors. English fluency is a must; local language skills are highly beneficial. Work setup: hybrid—1 day remote, 4 days in the office.

Job Summary:
- Collect, organize, interpret, and summarize data to provide usable information to assist the HR team and maintaining HR systems
- Provide regular reporting, as well as methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources
- Represent the HR department and carry out all personnel related administration
- Support & act as point of contact to the HR community to use systems and assist in improving processes.
Job Responsibilities
•HR Administration
- Administer and prepare personnel related information and documentation with regard to the onboarding process, contracting, contracting with external suppliers, processing of changes in the organization, approval flow of changes, social documents…
- Responsible for handling all relevant data and keep them up-to-date in applicable HR(IS) systems and/or documentation
- Ensure continuous improvement in administration processes
• HR Reporting
- Administer and prepare all personnel related reports
- Responsible to maintain actual data to provide relevant and accurate reports and statistics
- Acts as a main point-of-contact for all HR reporting requests from internal and external customers
- Provide input to the relevant HR metrics and/or dashboard (KPI’s)
• HR Analytics:
- Collecting, organizing, interpreting, and presenting simple and advanced analyses;
- Consult with HR stakeholders, using data, metrics, and analytics to identify recommendations and feedback for HR initiatives
- Strong understanding of HRIS (especially SAP…) database design, structure, functions and processes and experience with databases tools
- Work with the HR team to identify opportunities for process improvement regarding data gathering processes and reporting techniques
- Contribute as HR team member to the provision of professional HR advice and support all employees, supervisory and managerial staff.
- Act as HR officer to support local HR team members.
- Act as HR backup for local HR team members
- Assist in various projects related to HR(IS)
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master degree in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, or closely related discipline
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Computer literate (MS Office, SAP).
- Technically proficient in relevant computer applications
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Acute attention to detail with tremendous accuracy
- Must have HRIS experience – SAP experience a plus
- Must have strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
