Position Title: HR Generalist / Specjalista Ds. Pracowniczych
Department: HR
Location: Rybnik. This role is primarily office-based, with a minimum on-site presence of 4 days per week.
Reports to: HR Manager
Summary
Supports the HR Manager with administration of strategies, programs, training, policies and processes in support of organizational objectives. Supports recruiting, selection and onboarding of assigned employee groups and supports the employee engagement efforts. Supports EHS initiatives and training to ensure best in class safety results.
Responsibilities
• Provides HR support with talent acquisition, employment processing, compensation
benefits, training and development, payroll, safety and health, and employee / labor relations.
• Understands all HR policies, procedures, and guidelines; communicates and reinforces organization
values.
• Plans, prepares documents and conducts HR related functions from on-boarding through the lifecycle of employment that fosters positive employee relations.
• Complies with local legal requirements ensuring adherence to requirements and
advising management on needed actions.
• Supports team member development by scheduling, delivering and tracking training.
• Stays current in HR best practices by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional
publications; maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.
• Enhances department and organization reputation by initiating and supporting activities that drive
engagement through the facility.
• Responsibility for the social fund in the organization.
• May be assigned to special projects.
• Other duties as assigned
Education / Experience:
• University Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Business.
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources. Experience in a manufacturing facility is preferred.
• Knowledge of the English language to a degree of free communication
Skills:
• Knowledge of labor law.
• Experience in candidate sourcing and selection for assigned employee groups.
• Strong planning, organization and time management skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of benefits administration.
• Experience in working in a team environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Products. SAP and SuccessFactors is a plus.
Fluency in English & Polish is required.
