Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or related, preferably with a Master's degree.

Lean Manufacturing tools such. Manufacturing Operational systems (such as: Toyota Production System).

Fluent English 80%.

5 years in a similar position (INDISPENSABLE)

SKILLS

Supervision of multiple tasks at the same time

Management of personnel (Leadership).

RESPONSABILIDAD

• Manage (plan, execute, measure, and improve) Continuous Improvement Process initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
• Lead Kaizen / Workshops strategy across the plant.
• Manage WAVE (Tenneco CI tracking system) keeping it updated.
• Develop and monitor the Lean Manufacturing methodology.
• Coordinate and lead key projects to improve all levels of the organization.
• Monitor the established procedures related to your area in accordance with the IATF16949 Quality System.
• Comply with EHS regulations and ISO 14001.
• Knowledge of the ISO 9001 System.
• Report any unsafe condition or action.
• Strictly adhere to the processes.
