Training Specialist

Training Related：

• Training demands analysis, annual training plan implementation;
• Follow up effectiveness of training programs,include conducting pre - and post - training assessments, gathering participant feedback, and analyzing job performance data after training completion;
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all training activities;

Hiring Related：

• Job requisition clarification with hiring managers, appropriate channel selection, CV screen and interview arrangements in an effective way to make hiring decision, pre - employment evaluations and offering, etc.
• Work with HR team to facilitate smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Others：

• Internal Transfer identification and coordination.
• HR report and related HR system;
• Other assignment by Manager.
