Quality Manager

GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

All quality function management works include quality assurance system,quality process control&lab management ,visual inspection and customer quality improvement

· Works together with the production team to set up method to reach and guarantee the products quality;

· Design, develop, and implement plant quality system, Leads all quality function activities, including quality assurance, quality control, quality processes, and customer complaint management, supervise all quality related employees and conduct necessary quality training;

· Ensures all quality activities are carried out efficiently and effectively supporting the plant’s operational and financial goals;

· Respond to all external and internal customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively to enhance customer satisfaction;

· Focuses on internal production processes, with particular emphasis on reducing scrap, rework, and rejected materials ;

· Supports advanced quality design and control improvements for new products/projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor's and above, major in quality or other related area.

· Minimum of three years’ experience in quality management within an automotive manufacturing environment.

· Requires in-depth knowledge of quality concepts including process control, analysis, and IATF 16949, or other relevant automotive standards.

· Have basic six sigma (Green Belt) knowledge including SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA etc and has been certificated, Well known to use Black belt is preferred ;

· Good command of written and spoken both in English and Chinese.

· Under high work pressure and good at communication, with teamwork spirit.
