REPORTS TO: Regional EHS Manager

FUNCTION/DEPARTMENT: EHS

GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 根据辉门天纳克总部要求，按照ISO14001和ISO45001的要求建立、实施与EHSM管理体系，制定相关目标和管理方案。
• To establish and execute EHSM Management System according to requirements of Federal Mogul HQ and ISO14001, ISO45001, and make relevant objectives and management plans.
• 组织编写环境、职业健康、安全管理体系文件并监督实施。

To organize and make environment, profession health, safety management system documents and supervise their execution.

• 制定并负责执行内部审核计划，EHS风险评估及预防、控制方法实施跟踪。

To make and execute internal auditing plan, EHS risk evaluation and preventative, controlling actions, and to track them.

• 识别培训需求，对员工进行相关培训，并增强员工的环境、职业健康、安全保护意识确保公司员工了解公司的EHS方针、目标和自身职责，并严格遵照执行。

 Get to know the demands for training and organize relevant training on personnel; to strengthen personnel’s awareness of environment, profession health, safety and protect and ensure that personnel all get to know EHS policy, objective and their responsibilities, and they all strictly obey and execute.

• 协调政府部门，进行环保、安全工作，完成相关报表，并进行相关申报审批。

To harmonize government with environment protecting and security work and finish relevant forms, make relevant application and report procedures.

• 负责并监督全厂健康、安全、环保工作，

 Be responsible for and supervise plant’s health, security and environment protecting work.

• 管理工厂的安全，包括工人人身安全、工厂财产安全，员工的劳动保护、工厂环境保护、消防安全，进行公司EHS规章的日常监督检查，及对违纪人员处罚和教育

To be responsible for plant’s security work, including: personal security, property security, labor protect, environment protect, fire control security, to do daily supervision and examination of EHS policy and give relevant punishment and education to violators.

• 作好环境/健康安全的记录和文件的统一管理和控制。

Make note of environment/healthy safety and manage, control documents.

• 在环境、职业健康、安全方面进行内部和外部的信息交流；负责环境法律、法规的获取、识别和管理；确保对环境、职业健康、安全管理体系负有责任的相关人员了解其职责获取并识别适用的法律法规及其它要求，并组织实施环境、职业健康、安全法律法规符合情况的评审。

Communicate internal and external information of environment, profession health, security; collect, recognize and manage the environment laws; ensure that the responsible personnel on environment, profession health, security management system know their responsibilities and can read applicable laws and other requirements. And to organize execution of evaluation to environment, profession health, security laws’ coherence.

• 负责跟踪验证运行中不符合项而引发的纠正和预防措施，组织相关责任部门或人员调查和处理不符合事项，提出纠正和预防措施，以减少影响，并确保其有效实施。

To track the correcting and preventive actions to the non-coherence items during checking and examination, and organize relevant responsible departments and personnel to investigate and dispose non-coherence items, to offer correcting and preventive actions and reduce the bad influence, and to ensure their effective execution.

• 负责组织对公司环境管理体系运行的检查（包括法律法规和其他要求的符合性检查）和日常管理工作。

To organize the examination to company environment management system execution (including laws and other requirements’ coherence examination) and be responsible for daily management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education Background:

• 工业安全相关专业大专以上学历，参加过系统安全与环境管理方面的培训。

A diploma of junior college of industry security or relevant specialty ever received training on system security and environment management.

Experience：

5年以上相关工作经验。

• At least 5 years’ work experience in relevant fields.

Knowledge  & Skill: 

• Excellent capacity in external communication and public relationship be able to solve emergency accidents

优秀的外联与公关能力，具备解决突发事件的能力；

• Strong capacity of analyzing and solving problems, clear-minded, be aware of details.

较强的分析、解决问题能力，思路清晰，考虑问题细致

Charctor: 

• 熟悉安全生产相关法规；
• 熟练操作办公软件。
• 善于与各类性格的人交往，待人公平。
• 做事客观、严谨负责、踏实、敬业；
• 具有很强的人际沟通、协调、组织能力以及高度的团队精神，责任心强。
