Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

To organize and improve the production process 、process quality; die ; technology support and improvement action for all equipment, preparation of FEMA, operation instruction, products quality standard.To compile the maintenance and development plan of equipments, dies and fixtures. Do the preproduction adjustment of the fixtures and dies, to make sure all the equipment can be put into service timely. To control the production process and operation regulation, to assist operator change the tooling and solve problem during the production.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the preliminary planning and design of new product process routes and drive the feasibility assessment of process solutions;
• Collaborates with suppliers on equipment development and upgrades
• Participates in process evaluation and solution development during the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase;
• Participate in equipment selection and process parameter optimization to improve production efficiency and product quality;
• Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Master one of the CAD、PROE、UG、 SOLIDWORKS 3D software
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the manufacturing field
• Demonstrated problem solving on the shop floor.
• Sense of urgency and results oriented a must.
• Evidence of Leadership characteristics.
• Extensive knowledge and practical applications of Lean techniques
• Understanding of program logic for PLC /Servo preferred
