ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a TA Specialist who can help in shaping Tenneco's hiring approach, from employer branding to candidate engagement. They are responsible for developing hiring strategies, overseeing recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The role is expected to evolve as Tenneco seek to build strong, successful teams that align with their vision and values.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage recruitment and collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract skilled candidates.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A relevant educational background in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in Automotive.
- Proficiency in modern recruitment tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
