Program Manager – HR 

Role Purpose
The Program Manager – HR will drive consistency across enterprisewide programs and strategic HR initiatives aligned to business priorities. The role will act as a force multiplier, ensuring disciplined execution, governance, and measurable outcomes across key HR transformation agendas.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Governance & Execution
•    Lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact HR projects and programs (Samvad, Talent, Culture, Compliance etc.)
•    Establish program governance frameworks, milestones, and tracking mechanisms
•    Drive execution discipline across cross-functional teams and HR COEs
•    Ensure timely delivery with clear accountability and risk mitigation
2. Strategic Initiatives 
•    Support CHRO in designing and executing strategic workforce priorities
•    Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and implementation plans
•    Lead special projects (e.g., workforce productivity, cost optimization, capability building, DEI, automation)
3. Stakeholder Management
•    Partner with Business HRD, Plant HR leaders, COEs, and leadership teams
•    Act as a bridge between strategy and operations
•    Influence stakeholders to ensure alignment, adoption, and program success
4. Data, Insights & Reporting
•    Build execution dashboards and track KPIs for all HR programs
•    Generate actionable insights using data (attrition, hiring, productivity, engagement, cost)
•    Prepare CEO/Board-ready updates on key HR initiatives
5. Compliance & Risk Oversight
•    Track regulatory and compliance initiatives across sites
•    Ensure risk identification and mitigation within HR programs
•    Support audits, governance reviews, and policy rollouts
Key Deliverables
•    Enterprise HR program roadmap and execution tracker
•    Monthly/quarterly CHRO dashboard and CEO updates
•    Transformation program reviews (talent, cost, productivity)
•    Governance cadence (reviews, risk logs, escalation frameworks)
•    Measurable outcomes on productivity, cost efficiency, and engagement
Experience
•    5-8 years of experience in HR, consulting, or program management roles
•    Proven experience driving cross-functional transformation programs
•    Commercial acumen and Disciplined Execution skills
•    Strong communication skills 
Education
•    MBA / Postgraduate in HR or related field from a top-tier institute
