Snr Quality Engineer

Job title:  Senior Engineer  / Process & Customer complaint.

Job function and sub function: Quality Assurance –In Process Sr. Engineer /Customer complaint.

• Understanding of CMM Alignments & Methodology.
• Knowledge of SPC, MSA, Layout, Weld Test,
• Gauge Plan & design with GD&T applications. (Child parts & Full Assy gauges )
• Knowledge of problem solving steps & Analysis.
• Customer requirement for new project launch – VW – BeOn, BMG & Submissions.
• Knowledge of IATF Core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA )
• New product development prove out as member of CFT.
• Knowledge of Welding process & Validation.
• Knowledge of Welding process controls (Fixtures, Poka-Yoke)     
• Customer complaints analysis and closure and report submission to customers.
• In process rejection scrap/rework/final inspection analysis, actions and closure.
• Customer orientation programs-like customer audits and customer drive events
• Preparation of weekly & monthly MIS reports
• Process & product audit and closure
