Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for West India region sales & marketing for Systems Protection Two Wheeler, EV & Mahindra & Mahindra Business.
- Managing sales & creating opportunities for business growth through development of new business opportunities for SP products
- Working experience with Automotive OEMs. (Experience with Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata Motors)
- Responsibility for meeting the monthly and yearly New Business Development targets
- Identify business opportunities and target markets.
- Engage with the customers in the development stage for deployment of SP products.
- Formulate business proposals according to customers’ business needs.
- Forecasting customer growth and related business sales.
- Build relationship with customers at both OEM and Tier 1 level.
- To support customer service team with the account receivable (AR) deliverables.
- To develop detailed territory business plans for next year budgeting.
- Helps sales head in developing long terms strategic plans for 3 years.
- Ensure appropriate and timely delivery of service and products.
- Manage key stake holders within and outside company.
- Develops account strategy and works with key stakeholders in the business to achieve optimum results.
- Research market trends and products.
- Fosters the development of new methods, processes, and procedures.
- Arrange meetings with potential clients.
- Challenge perceptions in order to get the customer to buy a product.
- Record sales information and maintain customers’ records.
- Working experience with Automotive or tier 1 supplier preferably with wiring harness or hose manufacturer.
- Sales forecasting, planning & budgeting
Qualification: B.E / MBA
Experience: 2-5 years
