Senior Engineer

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate with Production & SCM for daily production planning of cells.
• Daily interactions with customers & representatives to ensure customers are having 2 days coverage of materials
• Daily data analysis and publishing to every department. Ensure customer portal data handling, Daily tracking of customer opening stock and controls on the customer about the criticality. Ensure on time part delivery to customer to avoid the customer line stoppage
• Weekly & Monthly sale loss calculation & Month file schedule forecasting, Monthly manpower & required shift calculation.
• Preparation of Schedule forecasting firm for the month & Tentative for next 5 month, by taking the on time real data from the customer to avoid the failure of the child part & RM planning.
• Monitoring of Hourly / daily production of cells as per target with Team leaders & Group leaders
• Work with various departments to resolve production 4M loss issues which affect productivity & target of cells, coordinate necessary resource and planning properly to avoid the production loss
• To handle various customers at various locations & Quarterly Inventory WALL TO WALL system audits.
• Familiar with lean manufacturing techniques.
• Able to plan operational expenses as per annual operating plans.
• Technical knowledge of welding, Cycle time , takt time, bottleneck operation.

• MPS / MRP file preparation & taking the two-time plant MPS / MRP Run in system in month.
