The OSE Analyst will report to the Executive Director, Performance Solutions Office of Strategic Execution, and will be an integral part of the Office of Strategic Execution’s finance function. This role will work with functional workstreams across the Performance Solutions businesses as well as with external consultants to ensure financial targets of initiatives are appropriately calculated, tracked, and ultimately validated through to the bottom line.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Review OSE Wave initiatives to ensure adherence to WAVE system requirements and accurate completion of Wave initiatives; ensure appropriate supporting documentation is provided to allow adequate financial analysis and a thorough and auditable understanding of the impact initiatives will deliver to Business Unit financial results.
- Provide financial analysis of the combined outcome and OSE impacts and Business Unit operating results to facilitate the measurement, understanding and key actions driving improved results.
- Coordinate with Initiative Owners and Business Unit team members to support the reporting of accurate and timely actual results for OSE initiatives in the WAVE system. Perform periodic audits of OSE initiatives to validate the accuracy of the original financial projections and ensure improved results are achieved in the Business Unit operating results.
- Assist with proactively providing key partners with guidance on finance matters and monetary impact of strategic initiatives and ensuring initiative improvement financial impacts show up in the Business P&Ls.
- Work with workstream leaders and initiative owners to achieve timely and successful execution of new initiatives including capital investments, restructure projects, footprint utilization and new product launch: ensure appropriate documentation is provided in adherence with Wave system requirements.
- Facilitate the relationship and communication between the Transformation Office and Corporate and Business Unit Finance teams. Collaborate with Business Units and McKinsey to facilitate OSE driven to support the achievement of financial & operating results in line with Executive, Board and Ownership expectations.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Experience: 2 or more years of experience in Accounting or Finance functions.
