Materials Coordinator

Dimension/Scope of The Job:    

EXIM activities influence demand planning and fullfiment because they directly affect material availability, lead times, and structures in global supply.

                        
Roles & Responsibilities:        

   
1. Forecasting Based on Trade Regulations & Tariffs : Demand planners must consider import/export duties, customs clearance times, and compliance requirements when projecting demand for raw materials or finished goods.
2. Managing Lead Times for International Shipments : Longer transit times for imports/exports impact inventory buffers and safety stock calculations. EXIM data helps planners adjust forecasts to avoid stockouts or excess inventory and  weekly reporting GIT.
3. Working on monthly provision & Forecasting of import & Export freight cost.
4. Special freight tracking monitoring & plan for recovery.
5. Handling Issuance claim related to shipments / suppliers / Shippers / Customers.
5. EDI customer demand monitoring and planning for on time delivery and regular communication with Customers

Technical Skills:

1 Trade Compliance & Custom            
2 Documentation & Export Compliance _ commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, CT-PAT, AEO            
3 Demand analysis and forecast accuracy             
4 Finance for non finance people            
5 Negotiation skill            
6 Inco terms            

Qualification: Diploma / EXIM / BE    

Experience:  5-7 years
