Job Description:

This role is responsible for executing deliverables within the scope of HR Services in India and providing day-to-day support to the broader HR organization across APAC and other regions. It is pivotal in the hands-on execution of activities defined in HR Shared Services throughout the employee life cycle, including leveraging data analytics for process improvement. The role will closely collaborate with HR Shared Services leaders, HR partners, Admin, Total Rewards, HR Tech, Payroll, and other enabling teams to deliver a seamless employee experience across the life cycle.

 

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Execute end-to-end HR operations processes (Hire-to-Retire) with high quality and adherence to SLAs.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for HR Service Processes, ensuring compliance and process standardization.
  • Drive harmonization of HR processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruitment, ONB, EC Payroll Reporting & Analytics).
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems SAP SuccessFactors and AskHRS, ServiceNow ticketing tools.
  • Create interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data within HR systems and reporting tools.
  • Support payroll and benefits teams with reporting, audits, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Identify automation opportunities and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • Contribute to HR projects such as system implementations, process redesigns, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to global data protection norms.
  • Work collaboratively within the HR Service Teams to share ideas for process improvement.
  • Draft SOPs and work instructions as required to support HR Service processes and ensure standardization.
  • Assist in process improvements and contribute to HR Shared Services projects as needed.
  • Leverage AI-powered HR tools and automation platforms to streamline processes and reduce manual interventions.
  • Analyze HR service data using dashboards and predictive analytics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure proper governance and compliance for AI-driven HR solutions.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • An ideal candidate would be bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources or equivalent degree.
  • Minimum 6–8 years of experience in HR Shared Services.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and AskHRS, ServiceNow ticketing tool, etc.
  • Familiarity with AI-based HR tools, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and HR analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of HR Shared Services processes and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite - Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
