The Payroll Administrator oversees the organization's payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for employees. They handle tasks such as calculating wages, processing taxes and deductions, and maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations apart from it HR operations by managing employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and supporting HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the plant manager to draw up the recruitment plan.
- Drive campus Hiring for Trainee/Apprentice.
- Conduct Employee induction training and Onboarding
- Support the manager in defining the induction and orientation program.
- Report monthly to HR Manager on the recruitment plan.
- Ensure that the job description exists for each position.
- Provide support to the manager to draw up the training plan.
- Contract Labour Management. Employee Transportation Management, Canteen Facility Management
- Provide monthly payroll input with Update Employee Master and Keep record of Employee personal File
- Coordinate Monthly training program as per Training Calendar
- Maintain the training record of each employee as per HR procedure.
- Conduct and analyze exit interviews.
- Compliance with all Quality Management System.
- Documentation as required for customer audits.
- Provide support concerning HR topics (employment , recruitment , contracts of employment, etc.).
- Provide support to managers in the application of labor law.
- Provide support in team development (career management, training, etc.)
- Support the operations in managing people ( hiring, firing , performance review).
- Coordinate HR activities, monitor and control the implementation.
- Exposure of Union handling and con-ordination.
