Finance Manager

Position summary:
Performance Drivers
1. Responsible for overall Credit Control.
2. Develop Annual Budget & regular variance reporting systems on the budget, providing financial reports, analysis and planning, budget control, accounting methods and profit/loss reporting.
3. Financial analysis and reporting to business group management monthly, quarterly, annually.
Capability Drivers
1. Takes initiative to search for and recommend changes and improvements to systems, productivity measures.
2. Strengthen Finance Operating System.
Reports to (role):-Finance Director
Works closely with: Environment & Safety, Operations, Engineering, Process , Human Resource, Customers (both internal and external)
Location: Chakan, Pune (Maharashtra)
Key responsibilities:
1. Responsible for overall Supervision of Finance Organization.
2. Responsible for Develop & Controlling  Plant MIS
3. Responsible for Budgeting / GVAT
4. Standard Costing
5. Responsible for overall System Development
6. Responsible for overall Credit Control
7. Over all internal control & SOX Compliance
8. All Secretarial Functions
9. Manage all direct & indirect taxation
10. Liaison RBI , Foreign Investment Promotion Board , Govt Agencies  , financial Institutes., etc.
11. Develop Annual Budget & regular regular variance reporting systems on the budget.
