Dimension / Scope of The Job                                       

  • Responsible for all India OEM sales accounts for entire range of products supplied                                                                          
  • All OEM sales and development function of the company                                                            
  • Develop & manage new business with new OEM's                                                                        
  • Develop & Manage new business with existing OEM's. Increasing business share with existing OEM's                                                              
  • To achieve OEM/ OES  Annual sales target as per plan.                                                                 
  • To keep track of competitor activity at all OEM's                                                              
  • To monitor and control forex & material recoveries.
  • To monitor and manage Account Receivables/DSO
  • To work on profit enhancement
  • To achieve new business booking target                                 

                                                         

                

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY OF THE POSTION                                                       

  • Manage All India/Export OEM Accounts: Oversee sales and development functions for the entire product range across all OEM customers.
  • Business Development: Identify and grow new business opportunities with both new and existing OEMs, increasing market share.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Drive efforts to meet or exceed OEM/OES sales targets as per the company’s strategic plan.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and product performance at OEMs, and manage warranty-related issues.
  • MCR/ICR: Track and  achieve MCR/ICR targets.
