Job description:
- Material planning:

- Raw Material planning for Overseas and Local/Indigenous Suppliers.
- Placement of Purchase order
- Tracking shipments
- Ensure On time delivery
- Inventory Management:
-
- Analysis Of inventory
- Monitoring the inventory levels
- Improvement in inventory turnover, reduction in DOH.
- Documentation:
-
- reviewing documentation for import/Export Shipments , including invoices, customs declarations, and shipping documents.
- Compliance:
-
- Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, customs laws, and Import restrictions.
- Coordination:
-
- Working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and other relevant parties to facilitate smooth trade operations.
- Logistics:
-
- Managing the transportation of goods, including arranging shipments, negotiating freight rates, and tracking deliveries.
- Communication:
-
- Maintaining communication with clients, suppliers, and relevant authorities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Analysis and Optimization:
- Analysing Logistics data, identifying potential cost savings, and recommending improvements to import/export processes.
- Exposure with IATF 16949
Required Competency:
- Knowledge about SAP.
- Initiative taker.
- Good team player can work in cross functions.
- Supply chain acumen.
